Live Group Coaching Every Other Week

Every other week, we’ll meet live for at least 90 minutes to use the Sovereign Self Method™ with what is happening in our actual lives. Bring a decision, a relationship, something you want to create, or an experience you’re still making sense of.

I’ll coach members through hot seats and, when it serves the group, weave in relevant teachings and tools, grounding practices, meditations, activations, and intuitive or channeled insights as they arise.

We co-create each session around what people bring, so the experience responds to what the group needs at that time. As we work together, you’ll use the method to navigate what’s happening in your own life, whether or not you’re in the hot seat that day.
Private Telegram Community & Power Hour

Inside our private Telegram group, you can bring what’s happening in your life, ask questions, and receive support from me and the community as you use the method day to day. I’ll check in and respond during scheduled windows on three days each week, so the conversation can continue between our live calls.

On the weeks without a group coaching call, we’ll have a one-hour Telegram Power Hour. I’ll be there for the full hour to go back and forth with the group in real time, including through voice notes.
